I came home to water raining from the ceiling over my kitchen island….kitchen was 1/4″ underwater…..problem initiated in upstairs master bath….RestoPros arrived promptly within a half hour. I was panicking and so upset. It was a relief to see Austin at my front door. His calming, empathetic and take charge demeanor was so comforting. After carefully assessing the plumbing and flooring he created air flow with multiple fans in both kitchen and upstairs. Upon returning to check on it he found the laminate was still wet underneath. He sealed my floors with plastic and set up multiple large dehumidifiers and fans to help dry the floor. Sadly, after one week, the flooring underneath was not completely dry and needed to be torn out and replaced. Austin did everything he could do to save my laminate flooring. He was easy to reach and in constant communication by phone and also by stopping to check on the machines and progress. I am grateful to RestoPros and particularly to Austin for his prompt action and attempts to help me through this disaster. I highly recommend them to anyone who unfortunately finds themselves in my situation.
